Bale Bali Inn
Not too bad in very busy Ubud. Few minutes walk (avoiding the bikes parked on the very narrow footpath) from central and busy Ubud. Rather quiet for the area. Bale Bali Inn pool is available for those hot months. Adequate breakfast to get you going - plenty of places to eat. Outside toilet and shower though private and undercover - a little different.
Desak Putu Putera Cottages
We stayed four nights in the pool villa (family room). Desak Putu Putera Cottages room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. Also the AC is working well. The private pool didn’t look very clean though, so we don’t go in which was a bit disappointed. There was a lot of sand at the bottom. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices between Indonesian breakfast, eggs, pancakes and bread. You can also add fruit, croissant, pastry and juice. Also the staff was very friendly
Amerta Seminyak
Really lovey rooms, awesome pool and cool rooftop to sunbathe on. Perfect location! The shower was big and water pressure was strong! Breakfast was ok and was always served a smile. Amerta Seminyak is a basic but nicely decorated and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and breakfast good. The biggest advantage for me is the location: walking distance to Seminyak square, Kudeta, Mano beachhouse and sea circus.
